You are invited to join Centre for Good Relations (CfGR) for this excellent opportunity of an accredited course, which will give an in-depth understanding of the use of civic mediation as a tool for managing conflicts & building good relations.
Topics covered will include:
- Formation: Looking at the way personal/group identity is shaped within a divided society
- Examining the way conflict is handled personally and within society
- Skills for conflict intervention
- The principles of mediation & the mediation model - a 5 stage process
- Practical applications for mediation: Working effectively for good relations within diverse local communities.
